A time to share { Get in Really Close }

This photo reminds me of springtime & the promise of the buds, the blossoms, & the dander that awaits us on the other end of winter. It's my absolute favorite time to go out with my camera.
For now though, the silky grey of these dark months provides it's own sort of gloom-beauty backdrop, one I've been really enjoying.
If you haven't already, please read my interview with Michelle Ensminger - she shares three wonderful tips for capturing an awesome macro shot.

**I've been getting a few emails & messages about how to join in here. It's simple: you just link up any time during the week while the gallery is open! Please read the How it Works & FAQ pages (there's a video tutorial there that will show you how to use the link button).  Welcome here - it's so nice to have you join us.

This gallery will stay open for a week, giving you plenty of time to submit your photo. Please add your selection to the flickr group after linking up here. I'll post mine later on my blog. ~Happy day!!

I love these little flowers and they smell so nice, too. I like the tone of the green, subdued but still very strong.
