Gallery 14 {Down Below}

Hello, hello!! Welcome to Gallery 14, where we will be showing off what we see {Down Below}. I had an entirely different photo in mind for this post but when I saw this one in my files, I had to use it. It was taken up in the air, just 15 minutes outside of Los Angeles. Do any of you know which mountains these are, because I surely do not :)

I am just getting through the last of the photos for: {this is what I found} and wanted to let you know how in awe I am of all of your work! Some of you don't have a comment section - so I just wanted to let you know here that I've been to your space and seen your gorgeous photos. Thank you so much for participating and making this community the fun place that it is.

After linking up here, add your photo to the Flickr Group. You can follow 52 Photos Project on Facebook & Twitter. If you are sharing photos on instagram, please tag them #52photosproject.

2 Notes before we link up:

*Check in on Friday for our July Photo Interview. I am so excited about this one coming up by a photographer I've long admired.

*Susannah Conway is hosing her annual August Break this year again, but this time with a twist. I try to participate every year - this year looks especially exciting. Have a look.

Wow - what a cool shot! I love the perspective and the way the tips of the mountains look peeking through the clouds!

I love taking shots when I fly, but haven't done so in while. This theme had me thinking for a while before I decided what to do. Blessings!

I love looking down from planes! How wonderful seeing the mountains from above.

Hi Bella, I don't know what direction you are flying so I'm guessing those are the Santa Ana mountains. They are directly north of LA. Northeast would be the Sierra Nevada.

Great shot - those may be the Tehachapi Mountains or part of the Sierra Nevadas. The Sierras run north & south thru' the center of CA.

I arrived back from my holidays yesterday so my photo for this theme is similar to yours. The location is of course different.
