A time to share { the blue hour }

Hello everyone!  I'm so excited to see your blue hour photos.  I've gotten a couple of comments and inquiries about the blue hour and I guess the best way to describe it is the time right before the sun comes up -or- right after the sun goes down when the sky changes into amazing shades of blue / periwinkle / gray / purple / twilight looking :)
night time  ::  morning

Since the days are now longer, I had to wait until close to 9pm to capture the night sky on the left side of the photo above.  The good thing is that the gallery will be open for a week, so if you don't have a picture to pull from your archives... there is more than enough time for you to get outside and shoot during the blue hour.

If this is your first time visiting - please read the FAQ's.  There is only one photo submission per person.  You guys have all been fantastic with your retweets & facebook shares!  Thank you so much.  Follow @52photosproject on Twitter or sign up for the newsletter here.
If you'd like a button, you can find them up in the nav bar.

Time to share!  Hopefully the link share button works better than last week (boo!)

Don't you just love the different color of light at different times of day! Nice contrast.
