I welcomed in 2012 in my home, with my family - doing the things we do best: eating, reading, playing cards, and trying desperately to stay awake until midnight. If you thought I was a rock star, I've just demystified & debunked your theory. A homebody who turns in & rises early is more like it.
On the first day, the weather was beautiful enough to sit outside with a fire while we watched the sun set behind the forest line. Such a great day, everything about it was new & bursting with possibility.
