On my way.
What a whirlwind of travel and activity I have had over the last three weeks. This morning as I stood outside in the freezing cold I closed my eyes and felt the earth beneath my feet. I then felt the sky above my head. I consciously inhaled bringing both earth and sky together to meet in my middle. This is one of my favorite grounding exercises.
On my way.
Driving home from Rhode Island last week, I saw this gorgeous field. We pulled over to stretch our legs and snap a few photos. The scene felt as expansive as the road ahead of me and in this moment, I felt open to letting give and letting go. I was on my way home.

Bella, This photo of yours invites me to sit down on one of those rocks and take in all the sights, sounds, and smells of the great outdoors.
I love the way the clouds appear to be pointing to something new and exciting in the distance!
Thank you for helping me be more aware of those around me through your thoughtful challenge. Blessings!
Great post thannks
