A time to share { water }

I'm feeling the need to simplify areas of my life that are overloaded and not so healthy ~ like my eating habits.  Last week I made sure to double up on my drinking water while cutting my coffee habit in half.  I don't think I could ever give up my java, I take way too much pleasure in relaxing with a cup in the morning and the afternoon.  Water was an easy capture for me because I now keep a bottle or glass of it next to me at all times.

I can't wait to see your pictures.   This photo gallery will stay open for a week.  Not familiar with how to use the photo share widget?  Watch my video tutorial.  Thank you to everyone who submitted to last week's gallery!  It's a beautiful set.

I totally sympathize with you on this one! I ADORE my coffee in the morning and afternoon. I'm trying to cut back as well, and trying to carry water around with me in the house and always bring it with me to sip in the car, but it's a constant reminder to drink it.

you make water look so sexy! I don't drink enough water either...just coffee and wine! Maybe a beautiful glass and lovely napkin would make it more interesting! My stepdad says "water rusts his pipes, BRING ME A BEER!"

Fantastic image! I think the choice of black and white really lets the pattern and the different surfaces pop! Love that floral pattern!

i'm guilty of drinking too much coffee and not enough water... i love the aroma of coffee, and i don't like the taste of water - unless it is carbonated...

Your plumber should know the difference between an elbow and a flange and by being licensed, you will know they have passed the tests required in your area for them to be a plumber. plumbing services

If you want to be an emergency care physician, you need to take some steps first. First, you must choose which specialization you want to do. There are many types of physicians, but interns are the most common. They have completed a three-year residency program in internal medicine and have received extensive training in adult disease. Other specialty options include pediatricians, allergists / immunologists and general practitioners. Once you have chosen the specialty, you will usually seek board certification in that case. For more information on urgent care medicine, read on.
