A time to share { Black & White }

I had one chance while the traffic light worked in my favor in the middle of the street last weekend in Philadelphia. The color version wasn't all that pretty to look at.  Once I converted this scene to black and white, it was poppin' hot. (I used B&W-Growin old Disgracefully action by Nelly Nero).

This gallery will stay open for a week, giving you plenty of time to capture or convert & share.  Thank you for contributing to last week's A Reflection gallery - I'm still making the rounds, and am loving what you all added.  If you're new, feel free to jump in and play along.  I'll see you back here on Friday.

PS -->  After you submit your link, if you don't see your pic displayed in the thumbnail, try refreshing the page - it takes a minute to show up.  Consider adding your pic to the flickr pool.

When I first saw this photo, it felt like London, but then I looked at the traffic and they were driving on the right! Wonderful shot and love the black and white conversion.

Gorgeous shot!! How lucky were you to get stuck at the light at just the right moment?!

Living in the country as I do, I always appreciate a gorgeous cityscape. Love this. :)

This is a great shot! Sometimes, the best moments are when you only have that one chance to get the shot or else you will lose the moment.

Bella, Philly is my hometown--though I haven't lived there in years now, I'm still quite attached to it. I knew it just from a glance at the thumbnail of your photo. This is from Market Street, yeah? You're right--Market isn't technically the city's best angle, but indeed, you've made it beautiful with the black and white.
